Miller & Carter Kidlington

117 Bicester Rd, Kidlington OX5 2PX, UK – 01865 378666

Called in for Saturday lunch. ..first time visitors to M & C....I had the dripping sauce strips of sirloin steak...great dish really enjoyed wife had steak burger which she enjoyed. ..pleasant lunch good atmosphere super friendly service in form of lovely Katy...will definitely be back..

First visit to a Miller steakhouse. Can't say as I will be rushing back to one. The staff were incredibly polite and did well considering how packed it was and how hot it was. It was a hot day and in the absence of any air con the whole dining experience was not pleasant. The food, whilst completely edible was not worthy of the asking price. Standard fare for slightly above average prices.

The Red Lion

5 Oxford Rd, Kidlington OX5 2BP, UK – 01865 373435

Would just like to say The Red Lion is a lovely pub. We had my fathers wake there and they certainly did us proud. The manager went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. The food was excellent, the staff were very hospitable. Thank you very much for making a difficult afternoon more bearable. Kind regards Yvonne

Been here twice recently and have to say we couldn't fault the place! Staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous. Food and drink were excellent both times. We sat outside first time even though it was raining slightly as we had our little dog with us, a member of staff told us it was quite alright to take our dog inside. We found that particularly nice as not many places allow that ( where we live anyway ). I can honestly say if I lived near Kiddlington I would be visiting The Red Lion regularly.
